This is a drawing of the facial nerve (cranial nerve V) and its five branches (temporal, zygomatic, buccal, mandibular and cervical.) I did this for a neurosurgeon several years ago. It was just a pencil drawing to begin with but I brought it into Photoshop and did a sepia overlay layer on it.
